PrivacyHow RTWorkflow handles your information
Last updated: August 28, 2026
What this is
RTWorkflow is the shared project space VizuDraft (the design studio) uses to work with its clients: one conversation per client, with files, proofs and approvals in one place. This page describes what the system stores and who can see it.
What we store
- Conversation content. Messages, files, revision notes and approvals you share with the studio, along with your display name and the times things happened.
- Sign-in details. For studio seats and email-locked client spaces: your email address and name from Google sign-in. Sessions are stored server-side as random tokens.
- WhatsApp, if you connect it. Your WhatsApp phone number, profile name, and the messages and files you send to the studio's WhatsApp number. They land in the same conversation as everything else.
Where it lives
Everything is stored on the studio's own server and its encrypted backups. There is no analytics network, no advertising, and your information is never sold or shared for marketing.
Services we rely on
- Anthropic — conversation text and shared images are processed by the Claude API to organize messages into projects and summarize work. Not used to train models.
- BytePlus (ModelArk) — when the studio makes an illustrative scene from a product render, that render and the product’s name and size are sent to BytePlus’s AI models. Only renders the studio chooses; never conversation text.
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — carries WhatsApp messages if you choose to chat there. Subject to Meta's own terms.
- Google — sign-in for studio seats and email-locked spaces.
- Resend — sends notification emails.
Your choices
- WhatsApp is optional — the portal works fully without it.
- To disconnect a WhatsApp number, or to ask what is stored about you, or to have it deleted, contact the studio: mario@vizudraft.com.
